Del Rainbow is seeking an Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day efficiency of our office and support our value-driven and dynamic team.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Office Operations

• Maintain an organised, efficient office environment with seamless systems in place.
• Oversee IT systems, office supplies, and supplier coordination.
• Manage travel logistics, showroom arrangements, and facilities to support our global presence.

Administrative Support

• Maintain contracts, compliance documents, and operational procedures.
• Provide administrative support to the executive team and prepare critical reports.
• Evaluate and optimise office systems and processes to meet evolving needs.

Human Resources

• Facilitate onboarding processes and support recruitment efforts.
• Track budgets, performance schedules, and personnel activities.
• Ensure adherence to policies and industry standards, updating practices as required.
